A wedding is really a weekend of meals. Families arrive, the wedding party needs feeding, there is a rehearsal dinner, and the next morning everyone wants one more meal together before they scatter. Those are the meals I cook.
For rehearsal and welcome dinners, I cook and serve a plated or family-style dinner at your rental house, family home or private venue. For bridal showers and engagement parties, think brunch spreads, grazing boards and passed bites. From intimate weddings to receptions of 100+ guests, we plan the menu together around your guest list; larger weddings are available on request, and destination weddings anywhere in the US can be discussed.
Day-after brunch is a favorite: a relaxed spread at the house so the couple can say goodbye without anyone driving to a restaurant.

Do you handle the bar?
No. Chef Joe does not provide or serve alcohol. Arrange any bar service separately with your venue or a licensed provider.
Can you cook several meals across the wedding weekend?

Can the menu work around allergies?
Yes. Every menu can be adjusted for allergies and dietary needs; share them when you book.
