A tasting menu is a series of smaller courses that build on each other, each one plated and explained as it lands. It is the most personal way to experience a chef’s cooking, and it is how I like to cook for guests who love food.
My Six-Course Tasting Experience moves from bright starters through richer courses to dessert. I also build custom tasting menus around a season, a theme or a guest of honor’s favorite dishes, and adjust every course for allergies and dietary needs.
Tasting dinners suit milestone celebrations, client dinners, small high-end events and food-lover gatherings at private homes, rental properties and private venues across Nashville, Middle Tennessee and North Alabama.
I cook and serve each course and clean the kitchen afterward. I do not provide or serve alcohol.
