One guest was pescatarian. Another guest followed a low FODMAP diet & Chef Joe accommodated everyone’s needs. The food was incredible! My family is still talking about the dinner & we can’t agree on a favorite bite because everything was delicious. Delicious lunches and dinners

Chef Joe and Jamie were fantastic we had them cook 3 lunches and 3 dinner for our extended family (from 2 to 80 years old) as a 70th birthday gift. They were easily able to make gluten free accommodations for every meal including making their INCREDIBLE chicken tenders and biscuits gluten free, on top of a gluten full batch for the rest of us. There was no greater gift for my mom then 6 meals she didn’t have to touch cooking or cleanup made by caring hands. We look forward to using them again…. Did I mention every meal was super yummy!

I had communication with Chef Joe almost immediately after booking, then again about 7 days before the event to confirm food choices. Spoke with him the evening before and then again on day of our event. He knew this was a surprise dinner for our guest of honor & we would be out of the house when he arrived to set up. He was fantastic to work with for these arrangements.

There was nothing that was missing for the dinner.

The presentation was perfectly laid out & explained before dinner started, the ingredients were fresh and safe handling was of upmost importance since we had 1 person with Celiac's disease. Plates, silverware, napkins, condiments, even to go boxes were all offered.

The dinner was fantastic and enjoyed by our Party of 18! Everyone loved the choices available.

If you are hesitant, don't be because you will not be disappointed with Chef Joe and this dinner.
